Motorcycle Live 2016 | Bike Show

By Events, Honda, Suzuki, ,

This year’s Motorcycle Live 2016 event is fast approaching, so we thought we’d share the highlights we think are valuable to our customers this year. A number of us will be attending the event throughout the week in a social capacity and some of us maybe manning the Suzuki and Honda stands, so if you see us make sure you say hello!

Motorcycle Live 2016: 19th-27th November at the NEC in Birmingham.

Adventure Bike Experience Featuring CRF1000L

Fancy trying the Honda Africa Twin in it’s natural terrain? Well this year you can! Even though we’ve had our demo model running for most of 2016, there is an off road taster at the Motorcycle Live event this year. You can pit yourself against the 2016 course. You’ll get kitted out with the right gear and get pointers from the instructors on the day. If you can’t get on the course at Motorcycle Live 2016, Honda do have their own Dave Thorpe Adventure Centre for a full on off-road/adventure experience on the Africa Twin.

Test Ride Suzuki & Honda Bikes

If the adventure zone doesn’t float your boat then there is still the regular test ride for those who want to try something a little more road-based. Suzuki are providing the following bikes: Hayabusa Z, GSX-R600L6GSX-R750L6GSX-S1000FAL6GSX-S1000AL6SV650AL7. With Honda bring the following machines: CBR1000RR Fireblade, CBR650FA, CBR500RA, VFR800FNC750SA DCTNC750SA MANUALCB650FACB500FAVFR1200X – HIGHLANDERVFR800XNC750XCB500XCRF1000A,

Suzuki Team Classic Endurance Racer Build

Suzuki’s Team Classic rebuilt a TL1000S two years ago and the GSX-R750 at last years Motorcycle Live show. This year they are hand building the GXS1100SD Katana. This is a way for Suzuki to show the commitment to their vintage parts programme and the growing popularity of the classic racing scene.
