Join The Team: Account Assistant Needed

We are looking to recruit an experienced part-time Accounts Assistant role to join our team. Motor industry experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Duties include:

  • Weekly banking- cash handling, reconciling to invoice reports and daily till total
  • Chasing debtors/ dealing with invoice queries
  • Processing payments
  • Liaising with the Sales Team to ensure vehicle stocks are correct and completing and checking vehicle invoices
  • Running and checking parts stock reports; and internal invoices
  • Month end reporting – including reconciliations and stock reconciliations
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are crucial – cutting pasting data, inputting formulas and formatting
  • General admin – filing, post and stationery
